The Mustard Seed Health Awareness Initiative (MS-HAI) is a Community Based Organization (CBO) that was established to provide care and support for people living with chronic illnesses, like sickle cell disorder, diabetes, HIV/AIDS and cancer. This site gives information about the services we provide to our clients and how we network with other organizations and establish linkages for services we do not yet provide ourselves. Palliative care of the chronically ill patient is poorly provided for in tertiary institutions of care and home based care has been proven to improve the quality of care of such people. Our contact information is on the 'Contact Us' page. The employees and volunteers that support this CBO are documented. |
